- Lead the platformization effort designing the architecture and implementing the processes to allow a team of 14 engineers to be split into 3 isolated teams while still working in the same codebase.
- Design and lead the implementation with a team of 2, a data analysis feature that allows users to extract insights from tabular data correctly while avoiding the drawbacks of LLMs not being able to handle numbers correctly. After release this feature accounted for 40% of our traffic with 90% of customer satisfaction
- Mentor, Review and guide other engineers in the team with their designs and implementation, being the lead engineer for the backend and database changes.

- Characterisation test harness: Build a test harness that allows the users to create characterisation tests for their system that process and transmit laboratory tests (HL7 messages) reducing the time to test the entire system from months to hours and allowing the code freeze for new features to be lifted after 2 years.
- Notification System: Design and implement a scalable platform to send notifications to customers. This system reduces the delivery time from 15 minutes to 30 seconds.
- Modernize Build and Operation Infrastructure: Build a centralized logging/metrics platform with Elasticstack, streamline CI/CD operation to allow the creation of new services and migrate the infrastructure to IaC allowing teams to have a reproducible environment that can be built in 30 minutes.(add the database migration validation)
